The Mandalorian has given us a new technology to play with: the AR screen, known colloquially as “the Volume,” has revolutionized how television productions are able to bring fantastical alien vistas to life. Now, Alex Kurtzman has expressed a desire to bring the technology over into Star Trek productions!
